Labor complaint for termination without a valid reason
I have a Dubai free zone visa, I got termination from the company without proper reason. The company gave me 30 days' notice period, where do I have to complain?
Can they withdraw termination?
Dear Questioner,
With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that you shall file an immediate labour complaint with the same, at the labour office of which your free zone is affiliated to.
You can call the free zone authority itself and they will guide you perfectly in that regard.
On the other hand, if the employer wants to withdraw the termination letter, he can certainly do so, provided that you accept such withdrawal.
In other words, he can't force you to re-join him based on withdrawing his termination letter.
