Questions & Answers
How to make the bank allow me to enter the UAE without paying the full loan?
Dear All,
Please advise me on this issue. Your help and guidance will be appreciated!
I am writing to discuss the repayment of the loan amount that I owe. I was asked to pay an amount of AED 15,000.
Unfortunately, my current financial situation does not allow me to pay this amount as I am going through a hardship. However, I am determined to fulfill my financial obligations as soon as I start working.
I can currently afford to pay an amount of AED 1,000, which is the maximum amount I can allocate towards the repayment for now.
As soon as I enter the UAE, I will be in a more stable financial position and I can begin repaying the loan on a monthly basis.
My question is: how can I make the bank agree with my request and allow me to enter the UAE without any hassle?
Thank you for your time and consideration!
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.
Regarding the bank, communicate by writing an email, explaining financial hardship and commitment to repay.
Offer AED 1,000 as the current payment and propose a repayment plan. Negotiate with the bank for a solution.
To enter the UAE, check if there is any case filed by the bank. If there is no case, you can enter.

Dear Questioner,
You need to check first for a travel ban or active cases against you by the bank, then you can contact the bank to negotiate the matter with them to try reaching an agreement to pay in installments.
