Termination of a limited contract by the employer
Hi Sir,
I am working with a company for 7 months, and today, they terminated me for poor sales performance. My contract is a limited contract.
Now, I have 2 questions,
1. Will I get any compensation & flight ticket?
2. Should I need to pay stock loss in my store since I am working in retail?
Regards,

Dear questioner,
Answering your questions with the same sequence:
1. You can claim compensation for the early termination based on the breach of the contract duration by the termination, with a maximum of 3 months' salary.
2. It depends if the stock loss is your fault or it is your duty to keep records of the inventory and you failed to do your job correctly.
