Reimbursement of a cheque's value given on a closed account

Dear Questioner,

With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that the only option you can go for, is filing a civil case against the issuer, and obtaining a judgment ordering him to pay the entire Cheque's amount.

After that, you shall inquire about any assets of his in the UAE, such as other bank accounts, RTA, DED, DLD...etc.

Whatever you find, you can seize/attach immediately.

But in case you haven't found anything, then, unfortunately, the judgment will be deemed useless.
