Clearance of a bounced cheque case to get a new visa

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Please tell me what I should do next after being imprisoned for a month and paying the fine for a bounced cheque (unpaid salary loan as I lost my job).

They did not give me a receipt and/or any sort of clearance after paying, They just let me out of the jail.

I am still in the UAE and will join a new company. Will I be able to get a visa?

Hoping for your fast response. I really appreciate it.

Thank you.

Dear questioner,

Please note that what has been cleared by the fulfilment of the punishment and payment of the fine is your criminal liability towards the community for your crime of issuing a cheque with no funds to cover.

However, the civil part is still open and your debtor can file another civil case against you to recover the funds.

However, you can live normally during the case time and get a new job and represent your salary as a guarantee for the payments towards the loan.

You can request the court to pay instalments to be deducted from your new job’s salary.

Regards,
