What are the risks of accepting a settlement from the bank and traveling to Dubai?

Dear Sir/Madam,

If the bank offers me a settlement of 12,000 AED, is there a risk that I will be arrested if I travel to Dubai (the settlement is not official yet and has only been mentioned in an email)?

Dear,

We suggest that you check if there is an arrest warrant for your name in the UAE before you travel, just to be sure.

You may also check if they have imposed a travel ban against you.

You can do so by purchasing our pre-paid service on Legal Advice and providing us with the necessary documents mentioned.

Hi,

If there is a case/travel ban and the bank is ready for settlement, ask the bank to remove the case and to give you a letter with which you can enter the UAE without any issues.

Good day,

It is advisable for you to confirm your lability status in the system and whether you have any travel ban or not, or if any case is pending against you before you travel.

Please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

Your question depends on the bank, whether or not they initiated legal proceedings.
