I bought a property and the previous owner did not send an eviction notice to the tenant. What to do?

I just happen to buy a property and sign the papers today. The property is occupied till 30 June as the tenancy also expires on the same day.

I was not informed by the previous owner that the tenants are going to renew the contract. They did not send an email to the previous owner of their intention to renew the contract.

I am a female, I have not renewed my old contract and have no place else to shift. Can I get the tenant to vacate and move to the property?

Please guide.

No, you can't vacate him. The old owner should send 90 days' notice before the end of the tenant contract.

Now he has the right to renew with the same amount.

Hello,

The previous owner should send a 12-months eviction notice.

You may not request eviction of tenants.

The eviction notice must be given in an official notification 12 months prior to the eviction date.
