Can I pay and lift a travel ban straight at the airport to leave the UAE?

I have a travel ban on non-payment of AED 12000 but there is no arrest warrant.

Can I pay this amount at the airport while leaving the country?

AED 12000 is the cheque bounce case that was against me. You said a lawyer needs to accompany me. Does that mean that a lawyer will accompany me to the airport or to the court? It is not clear from your answer.
