سوء السلوك في مكان العمل وتقديم شكوى للشرطة

تم استدعاء أحد العاملين من قبل مديرنا العام إلى المكتب لمراجعة العمل، حيث إنه يخضع لخطة تحسين الأداء.

أساء التصرف خلال الاجتماع وكان عديم الاحترام للغاية. وصل الأمر إلى المستوى الذي طلب منه المدير العام ترك جهاز الحاسب المحمول وبطاقة الدخول، وقامت الموارد البشرية باتخاذ إجراء بعدها.

أساء التصرف إلى حد أبعد من ذلك، وغادر الشركة فجأة. ذهب إلى مركز الشرطة وسجل ادعاءً زائفاً بسوء معاملته والاعتداء عليه.

Dear questioner,

I believe that the GM who attended the meeting will be called for his statement by the police department.

Whoever has more evidence and proof to his story will be in the better position before the authorities.

However, without solid evidence or witness statement, both stories will be very weak. The police investigation has its own ways and considerations for such an incident.

I would suggest that the GM attends to the police investigation and afterwards to have a one to one meeting with one of our legal advisors to get a proper legal advice and representation.
