If you mean marital obedience, the appeal is within 30 days.

With regard to the marital home, the law gives the husband the right to live with his mother, provided that the wife does not suffer any harm from that.

I mean to so say, how many hearings an appeal takes?

And what if the husband goes and divorces his wife in his home country even though all the legal jurisdiction applies?

In this case, is the wife lying about her marital home and hence claiming money for the house she is living outside without permission and doesn’t know where is she?
