Do I have to wait two years to rent my apartment after eviction of tenant for personal use?

I had evicted my tenant (after giving him a 365-day notice) from my apartment five months back with the intention of moving into the apartment myself.

However, due to a change in personal circumstances, I have to leave the UAE in the next two months.

Can I now legally rent out my apartment again or still need to wait for two years to rent out the same?

If this is in Dubai (rental laws are different between the emirates of the country), you can rent your apartment legally without waiting two years.

And on the other hand, the law gives the right to the tenant to file a compensation claim against you.

If you already notified him by sending a notice, he should leave and you can rent it.
