Status check after leaving the UAE without cancellation of visa
Hi
I'm on a partner visa and left the UAE for more than 6 months. I don't have a loan, credit cards or cheques.
I just want to know if there's a possibility of having a police case for not going back to Dubai.

Thank you for reaching out to me on this.
Firstly, I hope you are aware that since you were out of UAE for more than 6 months, your visa has lapsed and you will need to issue a new visa.
Lastly, if you have none of the financial instruments then the probability of the police case is less.
However, the police case can be for a variety of reasons and I suggest that a full inspection of police records is done before you travel, just to be on the safe side.
