I left the UAE with a partly unpaid load and negotiations failed with the collectors. Can I travel to GCC?
Hello,
I have had an outstanding loan in the UAE since 2016 and left the UAE. I was in negotiations with several debt collectors.
I paid a part back but there is still a part open. I am willing to pay the loan back or let's say a waived part of it.
But the way of communication with the debt collectors was very unprofessional.
From now on, I have to fly to some GCC countries like Saudi Arabia or Qatar.
Is there any problem or better not to do it as long the case is open?

Definitely, there will be a big problem because if you have a case in the system, you will be arrested at any GCC airport.
You need to hire a lawyer to do what is called a check about your profile in the UAE court systems and it's a very common service in all big legal offices.
