إلغاء اتفاقية حجز عقار واسترداد المبلغ المدفوع
لقد قمت بشراء عقار في دبي في ديسمبر 2017 عن طريق إيداع 30٪ من سعر الشراء في حساب المطورين وتلقيت نموذج الحجز وإيصالات فقط.
ومع هذا، وحتى أغسطس 2018، فليس لدي اتفاقية البيع والشراء أو "عقود". لقد قال المطور أن نماذج اتفاقية البيع والشراء قد تأخرت في دائرة دبي للأملاك والأراضي.
عليّ دفعة قادمة في سبتمبر 2018 بموجب استمارة الحجز، ومع ذلك، فأنا لا أريد أن أدفع هذه الدفعة لأنني ما زلت لم أحصل على اتفاقية البيع والشراء أو "عقود"، وهو المستند القانوني الخاص بي ولا يوجد حساب ضمان طبقًا لموقع دائرة دبي للأملاك والأراضي.

Dear Questioner,
With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that, as per the given info, you shall have the right to rescind the Reservation Agreement previously entered into by and between yourself & the developer.
But in order to confirm the same, we shall require reviewing the said Agreement firstly. This is on one hand.
On the other hand, we might try to serve the developer a Legal Notice prior to resorting to the competent court. It is very likely to have a positive effect.
