It is quite strange to see an employee resigning 1 day after signing the employment contract. There must be a very strong reason behind your decision.

Kindly share the same reason with me - and if you wish in private - so I can advise you correctly. You may have the right to claim a compensation if the reason is related to any violation from the Employer.

On the other hand, answering your questions:

- In case your contract is limited, your employer has the right to claim compensation of up to one month and half of your salary for breach of the limited term contract by resignation.

- I assume you have entered the UAE with your e-Visa along with your passport. To exit the UAE, you do not need any exit Visa but you must have your passport with you and not have ongoing active processes of a residency visa application.

- The immigration officers do not have to ask for your medical test upon your attempt to exit the country.
