قضية تنفيذ للحصول على مستحقات من صاحب العمل الهارب

حصلت على حكم بسداد مستحقاتي في عام 2009 من محكمة دبي ولكني لم أحصل على مستحقاتي بعد.

لقد زرت دبي الشهر الماضي، وأخبرتني المحكمة ان أفتح القضية مرة أخرى من خلال مركز طباعة وسأحصل على المبلغ.

لقد أنفقت الكثير من المال على النشر في الصحيفة والإجراءات القضائية الأخرى ذات الصلة ولديّ كل الأدلة.

هل يمكنك مساعدتي لاسترداد هذه الأموال وسأقوم بدفع الرسوم الخاصة بك من المبلغ المستلم؟

Yes, Sir, you have to file an execution case. Please engage an advocate's firm who can do the needful.

Yes, but my case is in Dubai labour court. Do I get my dues?

I spent huge money on the recovery but all in vain. I published in newspapers twice, but just got AED 8k and that too if I apply for an exit visa cancellation.

Well, if your employer is absconding and there is no asset to recover, it would be a waste of time and effort.

You may try but before you spend further money. Find out if the employer is still operational.

He is in Egypt or France, not operational.

I had been to Dubai last month and the court said to open the case from a typing centre and you will be summoned. Then after two or three visits, you will get your dues.
