اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد الاتهام الكاذب بالمضايقة والتصوير غير القانوني
مرحبًا،
كنت في صالة الألعاب الرياضية في المبنى السكني الذي أسكن فيه ودار بيني وبين سيدة جدال حول الاستماع إلى الموسيقى بصوت عالٍ، وما إلى ذلك. واحتدم الحديث قليلاً.
وفي النهاية، ضحكت على تصرفاتها لأنها كانت تصرخ وترقص وتؤدي بعض الحركات. شعرتْ بالإهانة من تصرفي وأمسكت هاتفها لتشرع في تصويري. طلبت منها بلطف أن تتوقف عن تصويري لأنه لا يُسمح بذلك بدون موافقتي، لكنها تجاهلتني.
ذهبت إلى حارس الأمن واشتكت من سلوكي، وذكرت أنني كنت أصرخ في وجهها وأضايقها، وهو ما لم يحدث.
لم يتمكن حارس الأمن من إيجاد أي دليل على ارتكابي أي مخالفة في الفيديو، لكنه مع ذلك وجه لي تحذيرًا، ربما لأنهما من نفس العرق.
لست متأكدًا مما إذا نشرت الفيديو على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأريد أن أعرف ما إذا كان هناك احتمال لاتخاذ إجراء قانوني.

Please be informed that recording a person's video/picture without his/her consent is against privacy and is an offense except for evidence purposes (to submit before the authorities).
You may file a complaint with the police to dispose of any such video/photo taken unless it is already submitted before the authorities.

Please note that taking pictures or videos of individuals without their consent is considered an illegal act according to the UAE Penal Code, articles 378 and 379, and the UAE cybercrime law article 21.
Hence, one may press charges if, such as in your case, a video was taken without the permission of the one appearing in the video.
