Automatic cancellation of visa after lapse of 6 months

My husband has sent divorce notice to India when I went on a vacation to Kerela. I did not go back to him after that. It has been 10 months since I left Dubai.

I asked him to cancel my dependent visa, but he is not responding to my calls. My visa got expired as I am out of the country for more than 6 months.

I will go and study abroad in a few months, will I have any problem with the immigration or stopovers in Dubai as he is not cancelling my visa?
