My name is Syed Majid, I want your help to know about one problem.
My sponsor put an absconding case on me, then I made a request to withdraw the case from MOHRE, but the Labour Department made a ban on me for 1 year.
Can I remove the 1-year ban, and can I come on visit visa?
Please give me your advice, Sir.

Q: I was working with a company in Dubai.
As I got termination with the company I was trying for another job. Unfortunately, I had debts for the credit card and the bank filed case against me.
My friends told me that I will get only a few months punishment if I surrender to the police. In addition, I don't want to pay back to the bank.
I surrendered there to the police and they took me to the court. The court sentenced me a month and they released after that, then the police took me to the immigration jail as they informed me that my company put my name on the absconding list.
I was there at the immigration jail till I arranged my ticket, and they deported me to my country upon arranging the ticket with a lifetime ban from entry to the UAE.
How can I lift my lifetime ban as it wasn't my mistake? Please reply.

Lifting a labour ban applied for resigning during probation

Q: Hello,
I am Digith Edachana,
I was working in the UAE (Fujairah). When I was getting the visa, I joined another company in Oman. I had resigned from the Fujairah company, but the visa was not cancelled.
My plan was to go back to Fujairah after joining in Oman, to proceed with the visa cancellation and job settlement. But when Fujairah people came to know that I joined in Oman, they put a travel ban on me.
Is it possible to revoke the ban, as I have to travel to the UAE to meet customers?

Appealing a judgment of absconding and deportation

Q: I have deportation and AED 1000 fine because of absconding and overstay, but I'm still in the country (UAE).
The court passed a judgement when I wasn't in court and my passport is still in the appeal section in Dubai Courts.
What can I do to resolve this problem because my husband wants to sponsor me and also my company has given me a paper to remove the absconding?
I don't know how I can clear it from the court so I can get my passport and go finish from immigration too.

Lifting a travel ban resulted from absconding

Q: Dear sir,
I was working in Dubai and, for personal reasons, I left Dubai without cancelling my residence visa.
My employer blacklisted me in the immigration department because of absconding so I believe I have a lifetime ban.
In this situation, what options do I have to remove this ban?
And if my employer refused to lift the ban, what other options I have?
Can I ask for help from the Ministry of Interior?
Or can I pay a penalty?
Please advise me!

Q: I was deported from the UAE last April 2017 due to absconding and overstay.
I want to return to the UAE with my new passport and with my real name.
Would it be possible for me to re-enter the UAE again with my new passport using my real name?

Q: Recently, I traveled to the UAE on a visit visa and came to know I have a lifetime ban. I had an issue with a previous employer and had an accident.
I was treated for my fractures and mental health as I encountered a traumatic situation. To my knowledge, the company agreed to pay my bills for the hospital and sponsored my return ticket.
I thought everything was smooth but I came to know a lifetime ban was imposed on me.
What would be the reason for the ban?
How to find the reason and how to resolve the issue?
Please advise on the solution.

Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

Some say it is basic + HRA for the month you will take off, others say it is full salary, and somewhere I read it is basic + HRA (annual leave salary) plus the normal salary you get.

How to appeal the labor judgment if the court did not approve all my dues? 0
