Returning to the UAE after leaving with a life ban due to overstaying

Hi,

I overstayed for a period of 5 months in Dubai.

When I was going to immigration, I had a choice to pay a penalty or to leave the country for a life ban without paying.

I chose not to pay and now I want to go back to the UAE to work because I have a job offer.

Is there any chance to remove the ban?

I overstayed my tourist visa.

Thanks!

Dear client,

In general, the public prosecutor or your legal representative can submit a written order to remove you from a blacklist, which must be approved by the ban's issuing authority.

Thanks and regards,

Dear questioner,

In the event of overstay fines after the end of the visit period, we make a request to reduce the fines and settle the situation.

In this case, several procedures are needed, including submitting a new visit visa or a new job offer upon completion of the payment of fines after the reduction and amending the situation immediately to not calculate additional fines and finish it at the lowest possible cost.
