You may refer to the terms of the Ejari Contract whether there is a clause regarding early moving out, notice period, and so on.

Depending on the terms of the contract, you may need to notify the tenant 30, 60, or 90 days before moving out, or pay x months of rent.

You may also check for clauses regarding maintenance responsibility by the tenant and if there is such, file a complaint with RDC.
