Worksite accident and clearing the case at the court

Hi Sir,

Respected,

My case is running in the Dubai Courts for one construction worksite accident that happened to one of our workers who fell down by his own mistake and hospitalized in the emergency.

The case is running for 1 and a half year and the person who fell down is okay now, but the prosecution is saying it's 100% disability.

For the victim, we had paid all the medical bill of AED 92000 + given all salaries till date, and due to a long time, we are in full stress and want to close the case from the victim and from my side.

What is the procedure for giving Tanazul (clearance)?

Regards,

Amir Suhail

Dear Sir,

Thanks for the Response!

Can I directly Compromise with the victim and close the case in front of the judge?

Safety measures are allegations against me. Will they fine me?

Regards,

Amir

Dear Amir,

You are more than welcome.

Of course, you can directly compromise/reconcile with the injured worker, then report the same to the Court from his side (in your presence).

As for the allegations against you and whether you will be fined or not, we cannot reply to that properly as we have not reviewed the relevant documents, which is a must before rendering any advice in that regard.

Anyhow, if you do require our services, please contact us on (+971 505050 835) OR (elkhatib.legal@outlook.com) in order to proceed further.

Kind regards.

Dear Sir,

Respected.

Thanks for your response!

My court date is coming next week and the judge wants defence from my side.

Can I take the victim and present him in front of the judge that there is no issue at all?

Allegations are safety measures!

Thanks,

Amir
