Hello there,

With reference to your inquiry,

Kindly provide us with more detailed info.

What kind of case was that, and how much is the fine amount?

Awaiting your reply in order to allow us to assist you further.

Kind regards.

Dear Mr Sherif,

It is a loan case. The total cheque was AED 55000. They ordered 5000 fine. I gave my passport for kafala.

After EID, there will be a public prosecution. Also, my family visa not stamped yet, almost 1 month passed.

The issue is that I don't have money to pay all fines. My employer is asking for my passport to cancel the visa.

Thank you for your help.

I'm so sorry to hear about the situation you are currently facing.

Actually, you do need to pay the fine or at least try to submit a request for making the fine payment on instalments.

May GOD be with you in that.

Can I do as an instalment? What do I have to do for that? I am willing to pay, insha'Allah.

If I go to the court, will they do that and release my passport?

Maybe. It is all subject to their sole discretion.

Good luck.
