How to get a Power of Attorney in the UAE?

I would like to know how I can get a Power of Attorney here in the UAE.
I have to send it to Algeria.

Kindly specify if you are seeking to attest a UAE POA for Algeria or an Algerian POA for the UAE.
In the first case:
(1) The POA must be attested in the relevant Ministries of the certificate origin country, the Algerian Embassy / Consulate in the UAE, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Algeria.
In the second case:
(1) The POA must be attested in the relevant Ministries of the certificate origin country, the UAE Embassy / Consulate in Algeria, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE.
Keep in mind that for a POA to be legal in the UAE, it needs to be attested by the Notary Public. The documents needed for attestation of the POA in the desired country are:
(1) Original Copy of the POA.
(2) Clear Passport Copy.
