Criminal complaint against a bank collection employee
I have a credit card with 7,000/ limit and now the total overdue is 8400/. Last 6 months I was partly paying my minimum due and constantly in contact with the bank.
I even asked for a payment plan with a fixed amount to be paid monthly. Today a representative called me and screamed at me and even commented about my family.
I want to make a complaint against her and for her to apologize to me.
Please help me.

With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that you can definitely file a criminal complaint against the said lady.
But you shall consider proving all your claims, which means that you do need to prove that she has crossed the line with you on her call that has taken earlier.
And in all ways, that would not clear the indebtedness amount you have mentioned.
