Filing one lawsuit against a company by three different plaintiffs
Dear sir/madam,
We are three separate creditors. One company owes us money (three different amounts, three different unrelated reasons).
Is it possible that we make one lawsuit with three of us as plaintiffs, and each plaintiff writes his pleas?
The company is the sole respondent. Then the court issues one verdict mentioning the rights of each of the three plaintiffs.
Or do we need to register three separate lawsuits?

Dear questioner,
In order to submit one claim against various respondents, or, through various claimants against one respondent, the subject of the claim must be typical of all of the claimants; the point here is related to the subject of the claim, not the respondent being involved in all of the three claims.

Dear sir,
Good day!
Please be informed that since the claim against the company is based on different causes of action, three separate civil suits shall be filed.
Mass petitions will be admissible if the claim falls under the same category, subject to conditions (for instance a group of laborers against a company filing case for pending salary).

Best Regards,

Hi,
Pursuant to your query, the concept of filing group litigation doesn't exist in the UAE.
Secondly, all three creditors have separate amounts and distinct reasons so you will have to file different cases.

Dear questioner,
Yes, you can merge the debts and mention the details in the statement of claim.
