هل يمكنني أخذ إجازة خلال فترة الاختبار؟

Under the UAE Labor Law, you are not allowed to take a leave during the probation period.

Only after completing 6 months, you are entitled to 2 days per month of leave and once you complete 12 months, you are entitled to 30 days.

According to Article 29/4, The employer may agree to grant you leave during the probationary period.

You cannot take leave without the approval of the employer during the probationary period.
