Traveling to the UAE on a visit visa while a credit card loan is unpaid
Hi dears,
I have a credit card loan from the UAE 2 years ago. Now I want to come to the UAE on a visit visa.
How to check my travel ban?
Dear questioner,
Absolutely, we can assist you to check your name if you have any travel ban or if there is any case that might be imposed on your name.
Basically, you have to provide us with a copy of your passport, old visa, and Emirates ID so that we will start to draft the power of attorney and send it to you to read and sign and return it back to us by email.
We will apply a request to the Federal Notary Public in the UAE to notarize your POA to us. He will call you by video call and let you sign the POA electronically, then he will ask us to pay the fees.
Please note that this task will cost you AED 1000 (drafting the POA, translating it with legal translation, stamping it with a legal stamp, and paying the notary fee).
Once the POA is ready, we will start to check your criminal record in the UAE. The check process will include (travel ban, arrest warrant, case details, latest update of the case file).
This task will take 4 working days and our professional legal fee will be AED 1000.
If you are interested in the aforementioned, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.
Thanks!
