Forcing the employer to pay delayed salaries upon a court order

Good day,

I am Thiru.

I had a case in the court against my employer for not paying my salary for six months. Note: the company has been closed (Commodore Contracting Company L.L.C)

The court has issued a judgment in my favour, but my employer is not paying my money. Now, the case is with the enforcement division.

Please assist me what should I do now?

Is there any other legal way to take action against him?

Dear Questioner,

You have to follow up with the enforcement division to see what kind of assets are available to be sold to pay your salaries. Cars, shares in other companies, real estate, cash in banks or whatever else.

You have to be proactive in submitting requests to attach any assets to the case to recover your salaries. This is the legal route!
