How to sue somebody for cyberbullying?

I have been cyberbullied and bullied in real life just because of my looks.
This has been going on for 6 months.
Can I sue?

Regarding your query, kindly note that the case falls under the offense of libel if the insulting statements have been published (be it online or in any other written format).
From your description, it is not clear where you and the counterparties are located at. Please clarify.
In the UAE, libel is a punishable offense under Art 372 and 373 of the Penal Code & prevailing cybercrimes law, wherein the punishment may extend up to 2 years imprisonment and a fine depending upon the facts and circumstances.
If sufficient evidence is available, you can sue successfully.
