ماذا تفعل إذا لم يقم صاحب العمل برد جوازات السفر للموظفين؟
سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيزة،
ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل إذا لم يرد لي صاحب العمل جواز سفري؟
لقد قدمت استقالتي وخدمت إشعارًا لمدة شهر واحد بدون راتب. يطلب صاحب العمل مبلغ 1000 درهم إماراتي مقابل الإلغاء حتى يسلمني جواز سفري. لقد دفعت 1000 درهم إماراتي، لكن صاحب العمل لم يسلمني جواز سفري. لقد أعطاني فقط أوراق الإلغاء.
