How to remove sponsor's name from a trade license after passing away?

Dear sir/madam,

A local sponsor of an LLC company passed away and left three windows and fifteen children. They all are not appearing in court in order to sign NOC to remove the sponsor's name from the trade license.

Is there any alternative besides getting NOC from the local sponsor’s family?

DED is the licensing authority and sponsors hold Sharjah passports.
