How to get proof for marriage from the UAE government upon husband's absence?

Dear sir/madam,

A wife has married abroad and brought to the UAE as a wife legally, then the husband disappeared with the marriage contract.

How can she get proof from the UAE government that she was his wife? And how can she get what she is supposed to be paid monthly through court?
