Hello,

You will only get blood money if that Philippine has died in the UAE and not in the Philippines.

It is a time taking process if you don't have the proper documents and it needs to be attested.

If you need to get it done, feel free to call me.

Thank you!

Dear client,

Thanks for your query!

I hope you are fine. I will definitely help in your matter.

In order to obtain any money, property, or claims related to a deceased individual in the UAE, you must adhere to a number of procedures.

If he has a will, you must also carry out the following steps.

According to UAE law, if someone dies, you must first obtain a succession certificate from the personal status court, which requires two witnesses and power of attorney from the legal heirs.

In this proceeding, the court will determine the deceased's legal heirs. Generally, the legal heirs are the spouse, parents, and children.

Then, submit a petition to receive blood money from public prosecution.

After receiving AED 200,000 in blood money, you must file a civil suit against the insurance company to receive additional compensation for the deceased's legal heirs.

For further information, you can write an email or call us. We have a good team of Local Emirati Lawyers to handle all kinds of cases. I am happy to help you. You can fix a personal meeting at our office.

Thanks and Regards!
