Changing the position after signing the contract by the employer. What to do?

Dear sir/madam,

I was hired as a UX Designer. During phone calls and interviews, I made it clear that I want a job as a UX designer. They gave me an offer letter for the UX Designer position.

When I joined, they started to force me to be a graphic designer. I kept quiet and tried my best to adapt for 2 weeks. Since I was unable to adapt, I said to HR that, I am a UX Designer and I would want to work as one.

Now they are terminating me. I don't know what to do. I feel cheated!

Hello,

After signing the contract, the employer is not allowed to alter or replace any provisions of the offer letter unless such changes have the consent of both the employer and the employee, and are within the scope of law, and do not compromise the rights of the employee.

You can file a complaint in this case.

If you need legal representation, kindly contact us via phone.

Thank you!

So they are now terminating me, during the probation period, because I couldn't do a graphic design job; whereas in the job offer letter, the job was said as a UX Designer job.

When I asked why, they said: "Since It's during the probation period, they can terminate anyone at any time".
