ما الذي يجب القيام به عند اثبات وجود عيوب في المواد المستوردة؟

هل من نصيحة بخصوص هذه الحالة؟
لقد قمنا باستيراد المواد من مورد دولي (الصين). تم رفض المواد بعد التركيب لوجود عيوب تصنيعية (مثبتة بتقرير طرف ثالث) ولا يقبل المورد عيوبها ولا يشارك في حل المشكلة.
ما هي الخيارات القانونية المتاحة لنا كمشترين لإجبارهم في الدخول في المفاوضات لحل المشكلة أو التعويض؟
ملحوظة: المورد ليس لديه ممثل/مكتب هنا في دولة الإمارات.
