Can I change my current visa without terminating my labor contract?

Dear Sir,

Regarding the golden visa, I applied and got approval.

My question is, without the cancellation of the labor contract from the present company, can I cancel my present visa?

Is there any option for canceling the visa except holding the labor contract?
