How can a partner remove himself from a company?
Hi,
I have a business dispute with my partner in a civil company. My share in the company is 25%, partner's share is 70%, and local share is 5%. I have an employee manager visa.
Is it possible for my partner or the local to abscond or do any ban on me?
And if the company visa is not renewed, would I get automatically canceled or not?

Please note that it is a civil company, and if there is a dispute with the local or the partner, you will not get the visa cancellation in a legal way.
It is better that you remove yourself from the company by filing the cancellation of the partner from court with the visa cancellation too.
Otherwise, you can reconcile and try to sell your share and remove yourself as a manager of the company. We need the license copy and the detail of the case.
