استرداد المبلغ المدفوع لشراء شقة بعد انتظار سنوات
مرحبًا،
اشترينا شقة تحت الإنشاء عام 2006 في المدينة الرياضية بدبي. كان من المفترض أن يتم الانتهاء منها بعد عامين. لقد دفعنا جميع الأموال حتى الآن حسب الطلب ولكن ليس المبلغ النهائي لأنه لم يُطلب منا ذلك.
لم نتلق أي إشعار من الشركة ومقرها في المدينة الرياضية. هل يمكنك المساعدة؟
نود الآن في هذه المرحلة استرداد جميع أموالنا المدفوعة في هذا المشروع. ومن السخافة أن ننتظر كل هذه السنوات بعد ذلك. نحن الآن في السبعينات من عمرنا ومن الواضح أننا نود أن نعرف ماذا ستكون النتيجة.

Please forward us the agreements and the documents in order to check the clauses for the refund in the agreement.
If you want to cancel, then you have to look into the clauses, which is stating the same. We can provide a legal notice for the delay of the project to refund the money, however, it (the legal notice) should be as per the terms of the contract signed between the 2 parties.
After the legal notice, we can proceed with the case in the court, and with the necessary order from the court, we can proceed with the execution of the case to recover the money through execution.
