Do I need a guarantor to travel if I have a credit card case and travel ban?

I have a credit card case of 100,000 dirhams. Dubai court has given an execution order to pay and put a travel ban on me.

I am a businessman. I have to travel to attend an exhibition. Can I put my staff passport as a guarantee and travel?

My business is running and I am also negotiating with the bank on the settlement amount.

You can request to replace your name in the travel ban list, with the name of one of your colleagues or employees, with providing proof of the necessity of your travel.
