Can I travel outside the country if I have a criminal case?

I have a criminal case of destroying property and a fine of AED 11 thousand.

I last went to the prosecutor who told me the case is in court now, and they will call for the next step.

My question is:

Is it possible to cancel my travel ban as I'm traveling on vacation?
