How to settle an outstanding credit from outside the country?

Hello,

I have an outstanding credit to settle in Dubai. I contacted the bank and I couldn't reach anything with them.

I'm outside the country and I need a lawyer service to negotiate with the bank to reschedule the outstanding amount since I can't afford to pay the amount on a lump-sum basis. But I'm willing to repay in installments if possible.

Also, I need to know how I can do a POA from outside the country to the lawyer who will manage that case.

Hello,

The outstanding amount is 70,000 divided as follows: 40k is the rest of a personal loan and 18k is a credit card but for this one they added much interest till it became 30k.

Also, can you tell me about your service fees for that, please?

Hi,

My suggestion will be to directly talk with the bank and try to negotiate as all the banks are willing to negotiate now if they see your intention is to pay and clear the debt.

Our fees will be AED 15000 for this. So, I believe it will be preferable for you to send an email to the bank and tell them to negotiate this amount and close it.
