I can send you the trade license. And I have a signed memorandum with my partner. The judgment is final.

Now I just need to get out of the situation and I truly do not want to pay from my pocket since I have also no money to pay him.

I want to be sure if your name is mentioned in the judgment or not, in addition, it is an LLC company which means that it is not allowed to take any execution steps against you personally unless only under some conditions.
