التفاوض مع البنك لإعادة هيكلة سداد دين متأخر
مرحبًا،
لقد أخذت قرضًا من بنك بقيمة 450000 درهم إماراتي. فقدت عملي في 2016 ولم أستطع سداد الأقساط، ثم غادرت دبي.
لم يتواصل معي العاملون في البنك أبدًا، وغادرت لأنني لم أكن قادرًا على دفع الأقساط الشهرية. أنا الآن في الهند.
لقد حصلت على وظيفة أخرى في دبي، وأسعى بشدة للالتحاق بها.
تواصلت مع البنك من خلال البريد الإلكتروني وطلبت مساعدتهم في ترتيب هذا الأمر، فطلبوا مني أن أتصل بمركز خدمة العملاء.
لم يكن أحد قادرًا على مساعدتي عندما اتصلت بمركز خدمة العملاء، أخبروني فقط أنهم " سنرد عليك "، ولكن لا يوجد رد إلى الآن. لم يكونوا قادرين على مساعدتي لمدة شهر.
ينبغي علي الآن أن ألتحق بعملي الجديد في دبي في أسرع وقت ممكن، وأنا لا أستطيع فهم ما الذي ينبغي علي فعله. أنا على استعداد أن أدفع نصف المبلغ الآن، والنصف الآخر على أقساط شهرية.
ولكن لا أعرف من الذي ينبغي أن أتواصل معه، وكيف أرتب هذا الأمر.
ملاحظة: لا يوجد لدي أي صديق في دبي على استعداد أن يساعدني ويذهب للتفاوض مع البنك نيابة عني. أنا أحاول فقط الاتصال وترتيب الأمر بنفسي.

Dear Sir,
As per your above brief summary, we understood your case must have been transferred to the debt collection/legal team till now.
To proceed further, you have to appoint a lawyer to represent you on your behalf and provide you with legal services. In my opinion, the procedure will be as follows:
1. You will issue us a notarized Power of Attorney through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the UAE Embassy in India. (The format will be prepared by the lawyer office after receipt of your valid passport copy).
2. We will conduct a search of your case records before the COURT, POLICE STATIONS AND Immigration to get to know the status of your cases if any.
3. We will approach the bank and request the restructuring of your outstanding in accordance with your new salary package.
4. In the event of the settlement, the case will be dropped accordingly.
