How to enforce a labor judgment to get the labor dues?

Hi Rajasree,

My name is R., I worked in a company from 2013 to 2018.

I had filed a case against my company and won for non-payment of EOS, and the judgment was issued in my favor. Unfortunately, after three years of execution, I am still awaiting my money.

Since the entire process was carried out through a renowned lawyer I have been following up with them since 2019 but with no success.

Please advise how I can get my money.
