What are the possible consequences of leaving the UAE with unpaid loan and rent?

I left the UAE in 2020 during the Covid19 situation and did not finish my Abu Dhabi tenancy contract. Also, I have a bank loan of AED 40k.

Now I want to come back, What situation will I have to face once I arrive?

As of January 2, 2022, dishonoring a cheque is no longer a criminal offense in the UAE and the beneficiary of the cheque may launch an execution case against the issuer of the cheque.

Therefore in all likelihood, the case must have been registered against you for nonpayment of rentals under a tenancy contract and bank loan.
