Traveling to Kuwait to get a job while a loan is unpaid in the UAE
Hi sir/madam,
I left Dubai in 2020 and lost my job while I was on vacation. I have a 400000 AED loan default. I got a job in Kuwait. The bank said that they have raised a case against me.
Can I travel to Kuwait without being arrested? I will then try to settle the dues once settled there.

It is best if you conduct a check on a possible travel ban/arrest warrant in the UAE.
If you are clear of such, you may travel to Kuwait and after signing the employment contract, you can contact the bank and request them for restructuring the loan and to assist you in waving off the penalties.
