س: لقد رفعت قضية ضد صاحب العمل. صدر الحكم لصالحي، ولكن المشكلة هي استئناف الشركة. لذا فإن ما يريده صاحب العمل هو أن يدفع فقط مكافأة نهاية الخدمة التي وقعتها مع الشركة… ج: إذا قرر صاحب العمل تقديم مكافأة نهاية الخدمة فقط، فلا بأس بالتقسيط، بشرط أن تقوم بذلك من خلال المحكمة للتسوية…

As per your query, please note that you are eligible for both the EOSB and the judgment.

If the employer has decided to give only the EOSB, then the installment is OK, provided you make this through court for the settlement after you open an execution against the employer.
