عملت مع نفس الشركة في عدة بلدان. هل تحتسب مكافأة نهاية الخدمة عن جميع المدة؟

مرحبًا بك،

أعمل في شركة مرخصة في سوق أبو ظبي العالمي منذ 3 سنوات، وسوف أترك الشركة لأن منصبي أصبح زائدًا عن حاجة الشركة.

ومع ذلك، فقد كنت مقيمًا سابقًا في موقعين مختلفين مع نفس الشركة لمدة 6 سنوات.

هل ستحتسب مكافأة نهاية الخدمة على إجمالي 9 سنوات قضيتها مع الشركة؟

أم أنها آخر 3 سنوات فقط في الإمارات؟

Hello,

It will depend on the labor contract which was applicable for the 6 years tenure period. The benefits and all will be applicable accordingly.

If the company is ADGM, it will follow the rules and regulations as per ADGM labor law and not the UAE Mainland labor law.
