How can we have the outsourced visas of our employees transferred to our company?
Dear Sir,
We are Dubai LLC company where we have outsourced the visas for our employees to an outsourcing company. But now we want to bring all our employees (around 200) under our visa.
Can we transfer and continue the gratuity of all the employees under our visa legally through an undertaking from the employees while they continue to work with us?

VISA: Transfer of visas from one company to another is not possible.
If you want to do this process, you have to cancel all visas and then apply for a new Quota in the new company.
Generally, the Ministry of Labor shall not approve 200 Quota in a single short.
GRATUITY: legally can't be transferred from one company to another. Under the new company, it will be considered a new employment contract.
